The service at this hotel is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, such as providing complimentary treats and special gestures for celebrations. The beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality sheets, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is great, being just outside the city center but still within easy reach of attractions and public transportation. The bathrooms are stunning, featuring luxurious rainfall showers and elegant marble finishes.

No need to complain, the staff is always available to assist you with anything you may need.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll away from the famous Spanish Steps and surrounded by amazing restaurants and designer shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city from the breakfast terrace. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout your stay.

This hotel provided exclusive amenities like in-room breakfast and a private Jacuzzi that exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious with luxurious room advantages like comfortable bedding and a large flat-screen TV. the outdoor dining area had fantastic skyline views, and the bar/lounge area offered a great selection of drinks.

the staff was incredibly accommodating, offering fantastic alternatives like a massage at the private facilities.

The Concierge Services and all the Staff here were beyond EXCELLENT. They were attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The location, cleanliness, and care with everything made our stay very happy. We looked forward to arriving home each day. It was great having the restaurant with fabulous coffee upstairs. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, pretty neighborhood within walking distance to almost everywhere. I will recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great area just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, surrounded by upscale shopping, boutiques, and a variety of restaurants and eateries. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer a contemporary design with warm and colorful appointments. The bathroom amenities are top-notch, including Hermes personal use products. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests, as mentioned by a previous review.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and a nice bathroom. I was impressed with the hotel facilities, such as the well-designed shower and the luxurious Hermes toiletries. The location of the hotel was in a great area, just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, and close to the park and all the famous landmarks of this city. The staff at the hotel, particularly Angelo and Massimo, were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and arranged tours and transportation with ease.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, from the in-room breakfast to the outdoor dining area with fantastic views. the staff provided exceptional service that fulfilled all our needs, including private facilities and a variety of special diet menus. the live entertainment and massage services were also impressive.

The WiFi facilities were poor and difficult to use. But this minor issue was overshadowed by the hotel's many advantages, such as the Jacuzzi and bar/lounge area.
